Josh Howard Out For Season

Josh Howard, the small forward who was recently traded from the Dallas Mavericks to the Washington Wizards, has just torn his ACL, and he will be out for the remainder of the NBA season.

Howard, who was sent to Washington during All-Star Weekend, has only played 3 games with his new team, averaging just under 15 points per game. The Dallas Mavericks, Howard’s former team, is probably thrilled that they got rid of him when they did. Not to mention that the Mavs got the better end of the deal from a roster perspective.

Getting back to Howard, it is always possible that he did not want to play for the struggling Washington Wizards, and he decided to get injured on purpose. Their playoff chances are slim to none, and Howard doesn’t really have much to prove as an NBA player.

Plus, now that he has some free time, he could get back to the activity that he enjoys the most: smoking weed.
