We pissed of a whole bunch of Floyd Mayweather Jr. nuthuggers earlier in the week when we cautioned boxing fans not to get their hopes up because, at the time, the Pretty Boy hadn’t signed the contract. Well hold on to those nuts and prepare to swing because your man has finally signed to fight Sugar Shane Mosley on May 1st at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
“This one is definitely for the fans as I wasn’t going to waste anyone’s time with a meaningless tune-up bout and asked to fight Shane immediately,” the unbeaten Mayweather said. “I have said ever since I came back to the sport that I only wanted to fight the best. I think Shane is one of the best, but come May 1, he still won’t be great enough to beat me.”
By the time the fight actually happens, it will be the first time Mosley has stepped into the ring in nearly 16 months. For a fighter of his age, hopefully the ring rust won’t bother him, but it would have been nice if he could have had a warm up fight.
With that said, this will be the toughest fight for Mayweather since he fought Zab Judah in 2006.
Floyd used to make excuses by saying Shane Mosley is not a pay per view attraction. Now all of a sudden he is.

about time mayweather has signed the contract, its going to be a very intresting fight, i would love to see mosley take this in 10th round tko and shock the world , now that will be sweet.
To those who doubt Pretty Boy Floyd, this fight will make you realise that he is simply the best.

Floyd can be considered the best when he beats Mosley and Pacquiao. Right now, PAC and PBF are 1a and 1b. This will be a good fight, but there will be no effn knockout. There is two types of quickness, hand and body. Floyd has both. This will be a great fight though. Split Decision, Mayweather by 2 rounds.
