Sources are claiming that Floyd Mayweather is close to finalizing a deal that will put him in the ring across from Sugar Shane Mosley on May 1st, if Mosley can beat the undefeated Andre Berto on January 30th.
I’ll be pleasantly surprised if this fight actually happens. Everybody who isn’t swinging from Floyd’s nuts knows he’s always ducked high quality opponents and in the passed he has always refused to fight Mosley. Mosley isn’t near as good as he used to be, but at 38-years old he still has the best chance to beat Money May after Manny Pacquiao.
With that said, I’ll believe it when I see it.
WTF? are u talking about mosley is p4p#1 which 2manny pacroids been ducking to fight him even at 60/40 split or at weight 143lbs. if anything pacroids been ducking shane and floyd mayweather for not clearing his name from roids controversy. GTFOH..
The only person that has a chance of beating Floyd Mayweather is Paul Williams. Pacquiao has absolutely NO chance whatsoever! They are building this fight up to get Pacquiao the embarrassment of his life on the World’s biggest stage.
The better fight is Mosely vs. Pacquiao. This will be a closer fight with Mosely winning by KO late.
Well, the Floyd-Shane fight has taken all of 13 days to negotiate and get Shane’s signed up but WHERE IS FLOYD’S SIGNATURE? (gulp!)
