Sorry Charles, Maybe Next Year

The Green Bay Packers put up a great fight and forced the Arizona Cardinals into overtime, but ultimately they ended up losing 51-45 after Karlos Dansby returned an Aaron Rodgers’ fumble 17 yards for the game winning touchdown. The loss proved once again that Rodgers is still no where near Brett Favre’s level of greatness.

While Rodgers may be a great regular season fantasy football quarterback he hasn’t proved diddly squat in the playoffs, or in any big games for that matter. Sure, the loss wasn’t entirely his fault, after all he threw for four touchdowns and ran for another, but he has never shown the leadership skills of a prime Brett Favre.

Stats can only get you so far in the NFL.
